Health center director to speak at Presbyterian Village February 20

The public is invited to hear Krista Postai, President and CEO of the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, at 3:30 p.m. February 20 at Fort Scott Presbyterian Village, 2401 S. Horton.

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing quality health care to everyone regardless of income or insurance status. Medicare, Medicaid and all commercial insurances are accepted. Financial assistance is also available. No-one is refused care due to inability to pay. The clinic network has 14 locations in southeast Kansas, including two locations in Fort Scott.

Postai will share about the services available at the Fort Scott locations and how CHC/SEK can serve the people of Fort Scott. Seniors, family members, employees, and the general public are invited to attend. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the session.

Postai is an original founder and former board member of CHC/SEK, serves as chief executive officer. Prior to joining the organization in November 2004, she was Vice President of Planning and Development at Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center.
