Fort Scott Presbyterian Village wins 2024 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award!

Congratulations to Fort Scott Presbyterian Village Assisted Living for winning the 2024 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, earned because of positive customer feedback through telephone surveys.
Fort Scott Presbyterian Village seeks customer feedback through monthly telephone surveys. Each month, residents and their representatives are randomly selected to participate in telephone satisfaction surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight.
Earning this award means Fort Scott Presbyterian Village consistently ranks among the top 15% of providers nationally in different categories.
The graphic highlights some of the survey results. All scores are given on a 5-point scale, with 5 being the highest score and 1 the lowest score. Between January 2023 and December 2023, Fort Scott Presbyterian Village residents and their families gave the community high scores in for safety and security, meeting individual needs, and the dining service.
“I like everything about it,” said one resident. “It's Fort Scott's best secret. I would tell others it’s the best place to stay.”
