Resident, family surveys earn Fort Scott Presbyterian Village top honors in customer service

Fort Scott Presbyterian Village is proud to announce it has won the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm.

Pinnacle conducted monthly surveys and telephone interviews with residents and their families throughout 2023. The award is based on their answers and means Fort Scott Presbyterian Village has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

“Receiving this award is a special honor for us because it’s based on the ratings provided by our residents and their families,” said Marla Heckman, executive director. “It reflects their trust in our ability to carryout our mission of providing quality senior services guided by Christian values.”
